Acceptance
By creating an account or using Qworum, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the platform
You may use Qworum to manage your condominium corporation's governance, finances, documents, and community. You are responsible for all content uploaded or created under your account.
Subscription and billing
Qworum is billed monthly at $4 per unit per month. Your 30-day free trial begins on account creation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data and privacy
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you upload to Qworum.
Limitation of liability
Qworum is provided as-is. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the platform. Always consult qualified legal or financial professionals for matters involving compliance or significant financial decisions.
