Qworum is operated by Dijitle Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the Qworum platform.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, invite members, or use the platform — including name, email address, unit assignment, and any content you create (documents, discussion posts, meeting minutes).
How we use it
We use your information to provide and operate the Qworum service, send transactional emails (invitations, notifications), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies & analytics
We keep our use of cookies to a minimum and do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
- Essential cookies only. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you securely signed in (authentication) and to protect against cross-site request forgery (security). The platform cannot function without these, so they are not optional. We also store small amounts of interface state (such as dismissed prompts) in your browser to improve your experience.
- Cookieless analytics. We measure aggregate site traffic using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not collect personal information. We use it only to understand which pages are useful.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting, or behavioural tracking, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Data residency
All data is stored in Microsoft Azure Canada Central and Canada East regions. Your data does not leave Canada.
PIPEDA compliance
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
