Qworum is operated by Dijitle Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the Qworum platform.

Information we collect ​

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, invite members, or use the platform — including name, email address, unit assignment, and any content you create (documents, discussion posts, meeting minutes).

How we use it ​

We use your information to provide and operate the Qworum service, send transactional emails (invitations, notifications), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data residency ​

All data is stored in Microsoft Azure Canada Central and Canada East regions. Your data does not leave Canada.

PIPEDA compliance ​

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
